A King in Paradise
We have meticulously crafted a museum-grade atmosphere, complete with exhibits that artfully recount the impact of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.s 1964 address on the indigenous communities of Hawaii. Our team worked in close collaboration with Dr. Steven Cleveland, PhD, to procure and curate the rich historical data and narrative that bring this story to life.

The Objective
The objective of the project is to create an educational experience that sheds light on a significant but often overlooked part of history and its impact on contemporary society. By providing a comprehensive and immersive account of this pivotal moment in time, we aim to increase awareness and understanding of the profound effect it has had on individuals and communities around the world. Ultimately, we hope to foster greater empathy and unity among diverse populations by disseminating this knowledge through a stand-alone application that can be taken on the road and shared with schools throughout the United States and beyond.
Why We Are Proud
The aspect we are most proud of is our ability to craft a museum-quality environment with displays that effectively convey the historical information and narrative in an engaging and impactful manner. Additionally, our collaboration with Dr. Steven Cleveland, PhD, who is an expert in the field, has allowed us to acquire a wealth of historical data and insights to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the project. We take pride in our vision to create a self-contained application that can reach a wider audience and potentially have a greater impact in promoting understanding and unity among diverse populations.
